The Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996.

   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 7th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Watercare Services Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the construction and operation of a pipeline and all ancillary and associated structures required for the conveyance of water from the Waikato River, to the company’s existing Redoubt Road Water Reservoir at or about map reference NZMS 260 R11 825 651, including intake structure, pumping stations, water treatment plant and tanks.
