New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Declaration that Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otago Regional Conservator, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a walkway, and shall thereafter be known as McNally Walkway.

Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Classifying and Naming a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wanganui Regional Conservator, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying and naming Mount Huia Scenic Reserve, dated 7 February 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 February 1996, No. 13, page 455, by adding to the last line of the Schedule ‘All GN B. 476788.1’.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that said land may be disposed of by The South Waikato District Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
