cancels the vesting in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped Incorporated, of the local purpose (centre for the intellectually handicapped) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

(2) Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, changes the purpose of the said reserve, from local purpose (centre for the intellectually handicapped) reserve to local purpose (site for a kohanga reo) reserve.

(3) Pursuant to section 29 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, appoints te Kohanga Reo National Trust Board to control and manage the said local purpose (site for kohanga reo) reserve, under the provisions of the said Act.
