Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s, Pukekohe.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 5th day of March 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Auckland.

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Central Electric Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Central Electric Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Central Electric Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for its network operation of the supply of line function services.

Fisheries Act 1983

Amendment to the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-off) Notice (No. 1) 1996 (No. F22)

Pursuant to section 282G of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Policy Manager North, Ministry of Fisheries, acting pursuant to delegated authority, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Commencement—This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Amendments to Target Species Tables—The notice declaring the amount of quota which may be leased or sub-leased to the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries in lieu of paying deemed values under section 28ZD of the Fisheries Act 1983, being the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-off) Notice (No. 1) 1996 (No. F18) appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 8 February 1996, No. 11, page 393, is hereby amended by:

(a) omitting the reference “Bar3” in the first column of the Target Species table headed “Quota Management Area 3” and substituting instead, the reference “Bar1”;

(b) omitting the reference “Byx4” in the first column of the Target Species table headed “Quota Management Area 4” and substituting instead, the reference “Byx3”; and

(c) omitting the reference “Sta3” in the fourth column of the Target Species table headed “Quota Management Area 4” and substituting instead, the reference “Sta4”.
