Land in Otago Land District Forfeited

Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given that Landcorp Investments Limited at Wellington, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has by resolution, declared the lease described in the Schedule hereto forfeited, and that the land is thereby reverted to Landcorp Investments Limited.

Tenure: Lease in perpetuity (LP 1481).

Description: Section 24, Block VI, Blackstone Survey District.

Area: 9333 square metres.

Certificate of Title: 150/60.

Lessee: Emily Wheeler of Blackstone Hill, spinster (now deceased).

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Works, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Waitakere City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
