Land to be Taken for Limited Access Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested (State Highway No. 4), Mapiu, Waitomo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the area described in the First Schedule hereto, to be taken for limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway on the date of publication of the declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the area of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 4, S.O. 9472, when stopped, plus the closed road described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 3, S.O. 9472, to be vested in exchange in James Allan George Andrew and Gloria Hilda Andrew and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 229, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 397249.3 and encumbrance 273157.2.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The South Wairarapa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares:
