Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the inhabitants of the Opotiki district.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District and described as follows:

2120 Part Te Kaha B6Q2, being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 217, Gisborne Registry.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the whanau of Honehira Wio, Wetere Rauputu and Merepaea Rauputu.

336 Part Ohura South K1, Section 2C2, being part of the land described in the partition order dated 13 March 1964, being all the land described on the plan held by the Maori Land Court contained in certificate of title D4/1180 (Taranaki Registry).

Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 October 1988, No. 180, page 4240, is hereby cancelled.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks IV, VI, IX, X, XII and XIV, Rotorua Survey District and described as follows:

20 m wide strip Being Situated along the Rotoehu lakeshore boundary of Matawhaura No. 3 containing 3618.0097 hectares, more or less, and being part of the land contained in the partition order of the Court dated 30 November 1989.
