Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Waimakariri District Council at current market value. Proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Canterbury Land District—Waimakariri District

366 square metres, being Lot 45, D.P. 37626. All certificate of title 16F/439.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

60 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 175632. Part certificate of title 140/1453 (cancelled). Subject to section 206 of the Land Act 1924.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

72 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 175632. Part certificate of title 1123/74. Subject to section 206 of the Land Act 1924.

Both situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District.

Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Brian John Mitchell, Acting National Property Manager, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

This notice shall come into force on 21 November 1996.
