Notice of Publication of Annual Report—New Zealand Trade Development Board

Pursuant to section 43 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Trade Development Board has delivered to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade its annual report for the period ending 30 June 1996, containing its financial statements and audit report for the period. The New Zealand Trade Development Board has, with the consent of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, published the annual report.

Conservation Act 1987

Notification of Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby declares that, the land formerly held for conservation purposes described in the Schedule hereto, has been disposed of for the consideration of forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) including G.S.T.

Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over reserves, dated the 16th day of June 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62 of 23 June 1994, page 2091, by inserting the following words after "descriptions of the said lands":

"... and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Thames-Coromandel District Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves".

Change of Purpose of a Local Purpose Reserve—Te Puna Quarry Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (quarry) to local purpose (community purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by The Southland District Council on the 23rd day of February 1996, that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act and are added to the Drummond Recreation Reserve.
