Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Recreation Reserves in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice, dated the 18th day of October 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 October 1996, No. 155 at page 4119, acquiring land for recreation reserves in Waikato District, by amending the area fifty described in the Schedule from “4468 square metres” to “2123 square metres”.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road, and vested in The Taupo District Council.

Land Acquired for Road—Waitahora Road, Dannevirke District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Tararua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 44918, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10D/1021, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 191173.2 and H. 581500.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

South Auckland Land District

167 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 10913; as shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 44918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

607 square metres, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 10913; as shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 44918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired, subject to the rights herein reserved and more particularly described in the Second Schedule, for a car park and shall vest in The Auckland City Council (hereinafter together with its successors and assigns, called “the council”), on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
