Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Simon David Upton, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale, or other disposition of the following parcel of land currently vested in The Whangarei District Council.

All that parcel of land containing 7.8517 hectares, being part Lot 1, D.P. 29386 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 49A/581, Auckland Registry, being also part of the land described in Part A of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and being part of the land more particularly described as “Whangarei Harbour Lands” paragraph (f), being part of the land described in the Second Schedule to the Whangarei Harbour Act 1907.

This notice has the effect of approving for sale or other disposition the above area of land, including the land previously excluded for the purposes of a marginal strip by virtue of Gazette notice dated 24 January 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 30 January 1992 at page 213.

In terms of section 5 (2) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, this approval shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land to be Taken for Road in Grey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for road and to be vested in The Grey District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

All the above mentioned land is situated in Block II, Hohonu Survey District and shown on the above mentioned S.O. plans lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Road Realignment for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 5) in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road, and pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become limited access road and State highway, and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60279, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14C/364, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 890254.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

94 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 15680; as shown marked “H’’ on S.O. Plan 60279, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

848 square metres, adjoining Lot 1, D.P. S. 15680; as shown marked “G4’’ on S.O. Plan 60279, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
