Land Acquired for Road—State Highway No. 2, Butchers Creek, Dannevirke District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereto in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped—Nuhiti Road, Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in The Gisborne District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 117 (3), the land firstly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4C/1057.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Waikato District for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated the 5th day of August 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 August 1996, No. 82, page 2190, acquiring land in Waikato District for road by deleting “60468” from the land description seventhly described and substituting “60368”.

Road Realignment in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Whakatane District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares the pieces of stopped road secondly and thirdly described, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60392 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55C/81, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 269853.1 and B. 269853.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road fourthly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60392, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 236, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 198028.6, South Auckland Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road fifthly described, now known as Section 4, S.O. 60392, the piece of stopped road firstly described and the land taken, now known altogether as Section 5, S.O. 60392, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29D/431, South Auckland Land Registry.
