Land Acquired for Road, Road to be Stopped and Vested (State Highway No. 5), Elands–Glengrary Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 5.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 9701), to be stopped.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), the road described in the Third Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10554), to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title M2/1433, subject to mortgage No. 564325.3.
