Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped in the District of Southland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of September 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 September 1996, No. 115 at page 2939, declaring road stopped in the District of Southland by omitting in the Second Schedule reference to “A” and replacing it with “B”.
