Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereto in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for a Borstal Institution for a Prison in the District of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 13 March 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 March 1987, No. 35, at page 1235, setting apart land held for a borstal institution for a prison in the County of Wanganui, by:

1. Deleting the areas firstly and secondly described and substituting the following:

“39.1500 Section 545, Left Bank Wanganui River.
275.0225 Part Section 1, Block X, and part Section 2, Block IX, Ikitara Survey District.”

2. Deleting the area seventhly described and substituting the following:

“56.7040 Section 516, Left Bank Wanganui River.”
