Road Realignment (Mangaone Road) in the Tararua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9D/772.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/251.

(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18D/974.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9D/772.

(ii) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/251.
