Fire Service Act 1975

Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice, September 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice, September 1996.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 16th day of September 1996.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the districts listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted as fire districts.

5. The boundaries of the constituted fire districts are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Waitarere Fire District Notice, September 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Waitarere Fire District Notice, September 1996.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 20th day of September 1996.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for the previous agreement for the protection of the Waitarere community between the New Zealand Fire Service and The Horowhenua District Council.

Constitution of a Fire District

4. The urban areas of the town of Waitarere are hereby constituted as a fire district.

5. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Ministers responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, hereby jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

3492.4371 hectares, more or less, being Run 339F, Lornside, Obelisk, Block VII, Bannockburn and Block V, Nevis Survey Districts. All document 880899/5. Subject to a grazing permit, dated 1 May 1995 between Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Commissioner of Crown Lands and Kenneth John Paterson and Joanne Robyn Paterson.
