and

Dame Mary Anne Salmond, university professor of Auckland.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to Thai Airways International to permit the airline to operate up to the equivalent of three B747 return services per week between Bangkok and Auckland.

This amendment will take effect from 2 February 1996.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955:

Take notice that I, Murray James Horn, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in a tax refund of $6,661.55 due to Larsen and Larsen Limited (AK. 9099692), a company which was dissolved on 18 September 1991.

And I certify that the vesting of the said tax refund did not come to my notice until the 6th day of December 1995.
