The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 14th day of December 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, Princess Street, Dunedin.

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, the Manager Fisheries Services, Ministry of Fisheries, acting pursuant to delegated authority, hereby gives the following notice:

Commencement—(1) This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendment to period of type approval—The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice (No. 2) 1995 (No. F10) declaring that provisional approval has been granted to the automatic location communicator referred to in that notice, such notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 2 November 1995, No. 127 at page 4259, is hereby amended by omitting the date “30 September 1995” and substituting the date “30 September 1996”.

Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992
Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice for Safety and Health in Tree Work: Part 2: Maintenance of Trees Around Power Lines.
