Final Determination: Oil Filters From Canada, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 13 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have made a final determination that, in relation to the goods specified in the Schedule to this notice (hereinafter referred to as the “subject goods”):
(a) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Canada, Korea and Thailand are not being dumped; and
(b) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Indonesia:
(i) Are being dumped; but
(ii) By reason thereof no material injury to an industry has been or is being caused or is threatened.

The available lots were divided into three groups (A, B and C) as shown below, and tendered in successive weeks during October 1995. Group A lots were tendered on 2–3 October, Group B lots on the 9–10 October, and Group C lots on 16–17 October.
