Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 13 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have made a final determination that, in relation to the goods specified in the Schedule to this notice (hereinafter referred to as the “subject goods”):

(a) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Canada, Korea and Thailand are not being dumped; and

(b) The subject goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand from Indonesia:
(i) Are being dumped; but
(ii) By reason thereof no material injury to an industry has been or is being caused or is threatened.

AM and FM Sound Broadcasting Licences

The following is a list of all the radio frequency lots offered for sale by recent tender. The available lots were divided into three groups (A, B and C) as shown below, and tendered in successive weeks during October 1995. Group A lots were tendered on 2–3 October, Group B lots on the 9–10 October, and Group C lots on 16–17 October.

The list below shows, in respect of each lot, the highest bid made by each participant. For all lots, the highest bid received was declared the winning bid. All bid values shown exclude GST.
