Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Thames-Coromandel District Council on 14 June 1995:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, reserve for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions, within the meaning of the said Act.”

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Marlborough District Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for river protection purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
