The notice headed “Reservation of Land” dated the 10th day of July 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 July 1995, No. 71 at page 1911, includes an area that has been included in its Second Schedule in error and that Schedule is hereby corrected by omitting from it the words “8498 square metres, more or less, being part bed of the Waipapakauri River. Shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 31399. Situated in Block X, Rangaunu Survey District”.

Notice of Election of the Council—1995

Notice is hereby given under the Pharmacy Act 1970 and the Pharmacy Regulations 1975, that an election of members of the Council of Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand will be held in the month of November 1995.

Nominations of candidates, on the prescribed form, will close with the Registrar of the Pharmaceutical Society at 4.00 p.m. on Friday, 3 November 1995. Should a poll be required, voting papers must be returned to the Registrar on or before 4.00 p.m. on Friday, 24 November 1995.
