Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a plantation reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton District

73 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 4951, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District. Residue certificate of title 1421/36.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the said Act.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Kaituna Public Hall Board, to control and manage the local purpose (public hall) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
