Vesting of a Reserve in the Marlborough District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Marlborough District Council in trust for local purpose (site for public hall) purposes.

1365 square metres, more or less, being Section 31, Block I, Gore Survey District.

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective description of the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Marlborough Land District—Kaikoura District

680.7262 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1, 2 and 3, D.P. 8716. All certificate of title 5C/498 (scenic 19 (1) (a)).

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (utility) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Kapiti Coast District Council in such manner, as such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

Wellington Land District—Kapiti Coast District Council

1537 square metres, more or less, being that part of Lot 3, D.P. 30757, as is shown on a plan to be deposited under No. 75155 as being Lot 1 thereon. Part certificate of title E3/1461.

Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserves be United to Form the Mangaone Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Bay of Plenty Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be united to form one reserve to be known as the Mangaone Scenic Reserve.

South Auckland Land District—Whakatane District

13.200 hectares, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. S 69598, situated in Block XI, Rotoma Survey District. All certificate of title 55D/468.

7,230 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. S 69598, situated in Block XI, Rotoma Survey District. All certificate of title 55D/469.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District—Whakatane District

Classification and Vesting of a Reserve in the Auckland Regional Council to Form Part of the Mount Smart (Rarotonga) Domain Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, vests the said reserve in The Auckland Regional Council, in trust, to form part of the Mount Smart (Rarotonga) Domain Recreation Reserve.
