General Notices

In the matter of section 104DD (1) of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of Instrument By Way of Security No. CS170/94:

To: Geoffrey Gordon Beesley of 14 Romford Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland.

You have defaulted under the deed of acknowledgment of debt dated 27 July 1994, by failing to pay monthly instalments in accordance with clause 2 of the deed. Accordingly the moneys secured by the instrument by way of security dated 27 July 1994, have become automatically due and payable by you as grantor to the grantee and accordingly Martelli McKegg Wells and Cormack as the grantee became entitled to take possession of the CNG refuelling station comprising of a CNG compressor, Reavell VHP 36 dual electronic dispenser, 2 storage cascades, Chesterfield cylinders and storage with all associated electrical and mechanical componentry.

Take notice that the grantee has entered into possession by requiring on 16 August 1995, Bulls Motor Mart, Bulls to pay all rental due under the lease of the above-named machine direct to the grantee until further notice.
