Notice of Approval of a Scheme

Under Section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is given that the High Court has approved a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, upon the application of THE SAINT ANDREW STREET CHURCH OF CHRIST CHURCH BOARD.

The scheme relates to the charitable purpose of the fund known as the organ fund and provides that the fund may be applied:

“For the enhancement of the worship services and music of the St Andrew Street Church of Christ, Dunedin and any associated or successor groups.”
