Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1995, No. 4.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared Crown Land in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Taken and Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton.

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that area “O”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 55934, and areas “K” and “L”, now known together as Section 5, S.O. 55934, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57A/274, South Auckland Land Registry.
