Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/465, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 006918.8 and B. 006918.9.
