Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve and Vesting

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the said reserve in The Dunedin City Council in trust for that purpose.

9000 square metres, more or less, being Section 68, Green Island West Survey District. New Zealand Gazette, 1987, page 1627.

Revocation of a Gazette Notice Relating to the Change of Classification of a Reserve, Vesting of Reserve and Declaration That Reserves be United to Form the Sapphire Springs Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice dated the 4th day of November 1994 changing the classification of a reserve and vesting the said reserve in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council, and further, declares the reserves described in the notice to be united to form one reserve to be known as the Sapphire Springs Recreation Reserve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 10th day of November 1994, No. 118, page 3498.

Change of Classification of a Reserve, Vesting of Reserve and Declaration That Reserves be United to Form the Sapphire Springs Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to sections 24, 26 and 52 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (site for a youth hostel and holiday camp) reserve to a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council, in trust for that purpose, and further, declares the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, to be united as at the 10th day of July 1995, to form one reserve to be known as the Sapphire Springs Recreation Reserve.

Revocation of the DOC Reserves Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

61 square metres, more or less, being Lot 88, D.P. 122137, situated in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 55A/531. Subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
