Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, as scenic reserves, and in the Second Schedule hereto, as local purpose (esplanade) reserves, and in the Third Schedule hereto, as Government purpose (wildlife management) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
