Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, kaumatua housing and other marae purposes, for the common use and benefit of the Maori people and shall form part of the Maori reservation over Maaturi JH2A set aside by Gazette notice No. 11, page 268 on 14 February 1966.

All that piece of land situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District and described as follows:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (12) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation set aside on part Tongariro 3C known as the Korokora Reserve, for the purpose of facilitating public access to and along the Waimea stream, for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.

Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of preserving the native trees and bush within the land for the benefit of the descendants of the Ngati Huri hapu.

Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground (urupa) to be known as Puke Moenga, for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Andrew Edward Smith and Janie Smith.

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of protection of the ngahere for future generations and for its cultural, spiritual and ecological values, to be known as Nga Whenua Rahui O te Kainga O Takenui Whanau, for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Nga Uri O Ngakopa Walker.
