Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992

Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice for Cranes and Lifting Appliances.

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator (Bay of Plenty Conservancy) of the Department of Conservation, hereby gives approval to The Whakatane District Council to deposit a plan of Survey (S. 70388), that affects the land described in the Schedule hereto:

4,3549 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 to 12, D.P. S. 70388, formerly being Lots 1, 2 and part Lot 3 on D.P. S. 57491 and being part of the land contained and described in certificate of title, Volume 47B, folio 472, South Auckland Registry.
