Amending Notice

Land at Hampstead Acquired for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 31st day of May 1995, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 15th day of June 1995, No. 58, at page 1485, by omitting “1036” from the Third Schedule and substituting “936” therefore.
