Land Acquired for Marginal Strip—Tutaekuri River, Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for marginal strip for the purposes of section 24E (3) of the Conservation Act 1987, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to right of way easement in Doc 551380.1.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for Motorway Purposes Porirua City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 15 April 1994, setting apart land for motorway purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 April 1994, No. 36 at page 1414 by deleting from the recital the reference to section 48 of the Public Works Act 1981 and part Lot 5, D.P. 21046, all C.T. 866/15.

Road Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Hokonui Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Statutory Operations, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to sections 17 and 20 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1991, shall form part of State Highway No. 99 and vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9A/268, subject to existing encumbrances.
