Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending Declaration Setting Apart Land for State Coal Mine

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth hereby amends the declaration dated 10 May 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 1995, No. 47 at page 1222, declaring land to be set apart for State Coal Mine in Block XIII, Aria Survey District, Ruapehu District by deleting the words “subject to coal mining licence 41327” for the land described.

Declaring Road at Cam Road and Raven Street North, Kaiapoi to be Stopped and Vested

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that the road in the Schedules hereto, be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas contained in the First Schedule hereto, shall vest in the Crown for the functioning indirectly of a road.

(ii) The areas contained in the Second Schedule hereto, shall vest in the Crown for the purpose of a road.

(iii) The areas contained in the Third Schedule hereto, shall vest in the Crown for the use convenience and enjoyment of a road.
