Closure of Roselyn School Notice

I hereby declare that, in accordance with section 98 (2) of the Education Act 1964, I intend that Roselyn School, New Plymouth, will be disestablished on 26 August 1995.

The notice declaring the the closure of Roselyn School, New Plymouth, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 13 April 1995, No. 35, page 961, is hereby revoked.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 16 March 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Rachel Rerehau Patrick in respect of Whai-ora Te Kohanga Reo, situated at 14 Otara Road, Otara, Auckland.

The centre has built a new building on these premises.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

John Paul College, Rotorua.

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 15th day of June 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
