For the purpose of regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993, and acting under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I hereby prescribe the following publications as standards within the meaning of the term “standards” in regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993:

(a) RFS 37, Issue 1, May 1995: Studio to Transmitter Linking System.

Pursuant to section 53M of the Broadcasting Act 1989, as amended by the Broadcasting Amendment Act 1993, I hereby amend my notice of 5 July 1994, and give you notice that you may spend $1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand dollars) on account of your administrative expenses in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of July 1994 and ending with the close of the 30th day of June 1995.
