The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1995 (No. F1)
Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Regional Fisheries Services Manager, MAF Fisheries, hereby makes the following notice:

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1995.

Interpretation—In this notice “type approval” means the approval given by the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries under regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.

Grant of type approval—Pursuant to regulation 5 (3) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, a provisional type approval has been granted to the following Inmarsat-C device:
- Manufacturer: Japan Radio Co Limited.
- Model Name: JRC JUE-75A.
- Model No.: GY 11109.
- Software Version No.: MAFTRAK V2.1.

Period of type approval—The type approval granted to the above Inmarsat-C device shall be valid from the date of approval to 30 September 1995.

New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1975
Standard Grade for the Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, Amendment No. 1 (Ag. 12/2/14: No. AG4)
This notice amends the Standard Grade for Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992 (Ag. 12/2/14: No. 5147) published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 1992, Issue No. 60 at page 1224.
Pursuant to the New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulation 1975* (herein referred to as “the regulations”) the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives notice that there shall be no grade standard for kiwifruit sold in New Zealand. The grade standard for kiwifruit for export to and sale in Australia remains unchanged.

Title—(1) This notice may be cited as the Standard Grade for Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, Amendment No. 1.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
The Standard Grade for Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, is hereby amended by omitting paragraph 3 and substituting the following paragraph:
Application of notice—This notice determines the standard grade for kiwifruit for export to and sale in Australia. There shall be no grade standard pursuant to the regulations for kiwifruit sold in New Zealand.

Electricity Act 1992
Approval of the Electrical Code of Practice for Earthing and Equipotential Bonding of Low Voltage Electrical Installations 1995 (NZECP25:1995)
On the 11th day of October 1994, the Secretary of Commerce issued the Electrical Code of Practice for Earthing of Low Voltage Electrical Fittings and Fixed Wired Appliances (NZECP25:1994) (“the code”).
On the 20th day of October 1994, pursuant to section 38 (2)(a) of the Electricity Act 1992, the Secretary published in the New Zealand Gazette a notice of intention to apply to me for approval of the code, and there have been consultations with such persons (or their representatives) as will be affected by the code and they have had the opportunity to consider possible effects and comment on those effects.
I have through my officials considered the comments and where necessary amendments were made to the code including to the title.
Therefore, pursuant to section 38 of the Electricity Act 1992, I, Douglas Lorimer Kidd, Minister of Energy, have this day approved the Electrical Code of Practice for Earthing and Equipotential Bonding of Low Voltage Electrical Installations 1995 (NZECP25:1995), which code shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1995.
