Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1995, No. 9.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and for Local Purpose (Road) Reserve in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.
