Land Acquired for Road in North Shore City
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Stopped Road in Far North District Added to the Adjoining Land Held in Connection With a Road
Pursuant to section 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the piece of stopped road described in the First Schedule to be added to the adjoining land described in the Second Schedule which is vested in the Crown in connection with a road.

Land Acquired for Conservation Purposes—Hawke’s Bay District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in Schedule hereto, is acquired for the purposes of the Conservation Act 1987, and shall vest in the Crown (on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette).
Subject to the following fencing agreement:
Fencing Agreement
For a period of 5 years from 8 September 1993, neither the Crown nor the registered proprietor of the adjoining land (part Lot 1, D.P. 4425–C.T. K1/719, part Lot 2, D.P. 4425–C.T. K1/718), shall be liable to pay for or continue towards the expense of the erection or maintenance of a boundary fence. After that period the provisions of the Fencing Act 1978 shall apply except that the period of notice for the purposes of section 10 (4) (b) shall be 1 year.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby revokes the notice with the above heading dated the 16th day of April 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of April 1992, No. 60 at page 1248.

Land at Hampstead Acquired for Education Purposes and Easement for Recreational Purposes Acquired
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto (hereunder also referred to as “the dominant land”) is hereby acquired for education purposes together with the easement for recreational purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto over the land described in the Third Schedule (hereunder also referred to as “the servient land”) hereto to be held appurtenant to the dominant land forever or for so long as there shall be a school sited on the dominant land and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
