Criminal Justice Act 1985
Notice of Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of May 1995, Ian David Erkkila, unemployed of New Plymouth, was convicted in the New Plymouth District Court on a charge of driving a motor vehicle with an excess breath/alcohol level.
As a consequence of the conviction an order was made for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1979 Toyota Corona, registration No. JK 7045.
And notice is hereby given that this vehicle will be sold by public auction.

The Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1995
WHEREAS a notice under sections 40 (1) (b) and 45 (9) (b) of the Electoral Act 1993 was gazetted on the 27th day of April 1995*: And whereas the Chief Registrar of Electors has, under section 101 (1) (b) of that Act, compiled for each electoral district whose boundaries are fixed by the report to which the notice so gazetted relates a list of persons appearing to be entitled to be registered as electors of that electoral district (in this notice called the “compiled list”): And whereas the Chief Registrar of Electors has, under section 101 (3) of the Electoral Act 1993, directed that, for the purposes of the printing of the main rolls and the supplementary rolls, each compiled list shall be the electoral roll for the district to which it relates: And whereas the Registrar of Electors for every electoral district is required by section 104 (1) of the Electoral Act 1993 to cause to be printed, at least once in each year, a main roll for the district, which shall contain a list of all persons whose names are lawfully on the electoral roll for the district on a date to be fixed for the closing of the main rolls: Now therefore, pursuant to section 104 (2) (b) of the Electoral Act 1993, the Chief Registrar of Electors hereby gives the following notice:

- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electoral Main Rolls Closing Notice 1995.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- Date for closing of main rolls—The main roll for every General electoral district (the boundaries of which are fixed by the report to which the notice made under sections 40 (1) (b) and 45 (9) (b) of the Electoral Act 1993 and gazetted on the 27th day of April 1995* relates) and the main roll for every Maori electoral district (the boundaries of which are so fixed) shall close on the 27th day of June 1995.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice closes, as at 27 June 1995, the main rolls for the electoral districts that, as a result of the notice gazetted by the Representation Commission on 27 April 1995, became on 28 April 1995, the electoral districts of New Zealand for the purpose of the election of members of Parliament after the dissolution or expiration of the then existing Parliament.
Those main rolls have been compiled, under section 101 (1) (b) of the Electoral Act 1993, by the Chief Registrar of Electors.
This notice enables those main rolls to be printed and published as at 27 June 1995.
Those main rolls will then be available to the public for checking.
The Electoral Act 1993 requires that the main rolls for every electoral district be printed at least once in each year.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager Air Services, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that an application has been made in terms of sections 14 and 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for an amendment to the International Air Service Licence issued to Evergreen International Airlines, Inc., to enable the airline to operate beyond Auckland to Melbourne and beyond to Hong Kong.
Further details of this proposal are available from me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.
Any person wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations to reach me on or before 29 June 1995.

Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that World Airways, Inc., of the United States of America, has applied for an International Air Service Licence to allow the airline to operate scheduled services for the carriage of cargo and mail from points in the United States of America, via intermediate points in Asia and Australia, to points in New Zealand, and beyond to Australia, and beyond.
Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 29 June 1995.
