Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Sacred Heart College, Auckland.

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 24th day of May 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland.

The Resource Management (Approval of Electro Power Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1995

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Electro Power Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1995.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

  2. Approval as requiring authority—Electro Power Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for its network operation of the supply of line function services.

Pursuant to sections 167 and 420(6) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Palmerston North Airport Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1995.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “airport” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966.

  2. General approval as requiring authority—Palmerston North Airport Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its operation, maintenance and expansion of the airport known as Palmerston North Airport.

  3. Approval in respect of projects with existing designations—Palmerston North Airport Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the projects described in the Schedule to this notice (being projects to which existing designations relate).
