I, Keith Haunui Kana, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the TAURANGA OLD BOYS RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB INCORPORATED HN. I.S. 213003 was made in error and that that declaration ought be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. AG2 (100/A1-07)

Pursuant to section 19A (6) of the Animals Protection Act 1960, I hereby give notice that on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I have approved, on the date of this notice, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by P A Biologicals N.Z. which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of N.Z. Pastoral Agriculture Research Institute Limited.

Pesticides Act 1979

Exempting Pesticides From Registration (Notice No. AG1/PB 7/1)

Pursuant to section 8 of the Pesticides Act 1979, on the recommendation of the Pesticides Board, I hereby exempt the following pesticides from the registration provision of Part III of the said Act.

(1) Insecticides used on the wool products and approved by the New Zealand Wool Board.

(2) Slimicides used in water cooling towers where discharge of the treated water is subject to discharge permits granted pursuant to the Resource Management Act 1991.

(3) Fungicides and insecticides incorporated into paints, but not including:
(a) paints used on plants for:
(i) the treatment of wounds,
(ii) the treatment of pruning cuts; or
(b) paints used for the control of fouling organisms on boat hulls and other underwater structures.

(4) Sodium chloride based pesticides, where sodium chloride is the sole active ingredient in that pesticide.
