Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the Crown land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District

239.3000 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 65145, situated in Blocks V and VIII, Kumeu Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette notice No. C. 433067.1. (New Zealand Gazette, 1992, page 3473).

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

3100 square metres, more or less, being Section 284, District of Takaka, situated in Block I, Waitapu Survey District.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Wellington Regional Council on the 25th day of August 1992:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wellington Regional Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".

362.5320 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 74247, situated in Block V, Pencarrow Survey District. All CT 41A/384.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1995, No. 8.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
