Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977

Cut-Off Day for Unsound Kiwifruit

Pursuant to regulation 13DD of the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977, the New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board specifies that, for the 1995 season, the cut-off day for purposes of deductions in respect of unsound kiwifruit shall be 29 October 1995.

Securities Amendment Act 1988

The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1995 (No. 2)

Pursuant to the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

Notice

I. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1995 (No. 2).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

II. Interpretation—(1) In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—

“the Act” means the Securities Amendment Act 1988.

“the Exchange” means New Zealand Futures and Options Exchange Limited.

(2) Any term or expression that is not defined in this notice, but that is defined in the Act, has the meaning given to it by the Act.

III. CS First Boston NZ (1995 Futures) Limited authorised to carry on the business of dealing in futures contracts—(1) CS First Boston NZ (1995 Futures) Limited is authorised to carry on the business of dealing in futures contracts made on or effected through—

(a) an authorised futures exchange; or

(b) a futures exchange in a country other than New Zealand which is authorised by the laws of that country to operate as a futures exchange.

(2) The authorisation of CS First Boston NZ (1995 Futures) Limited referred to in subclause (1) of this clause is subject to the condition that CS First Boston NZ (1995 Futures) Limited—

(a) is a public broker within the meaning of the Rules of the Exchange; and

(b) has undertaken to the Commission to be bound by the Rules of the Exchange.

(3) The authorisation granted by subclause (1) of this clause shall continue in force until it is revoked by the Commission.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 60 Dickers Road to Motueka

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 May 1995 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, in Tasman District, commencing at (RP 17/8.028) its junction with the southern side of Dickers Road at the northern corner of Pt. Lot 54, D.P. 375, C.T. 41/228 on the south-western side of the State highway to (RP 17/15.265) the north-eastern corner of Lot 10, D.P. 1525, CT 5C/577; and on the north-eastern side of the State highway to (RP 17/15.235) its junction with the northern side of Harbour Road being the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 5167, C.T. 126/53 as more particularly shown on Plan LA/54/57/3 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
