Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, notice is hereby given that the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy has disposed of those residential properties described in the following Schedule for the amounts specified.

4777 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 7133. All certificate of title 5B/1346. Consideration $1,409.00.

New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Whakamaharatanga Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land, described in the Schedule, and further declares that the walkway be known as the Whakamaharatanga Walkway.

Corrigendum

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 30 March 1995, No. 28, page 850, for “local purpose (recreation) reserve” read “recreation reserve”.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Janet Margaret Coates, Manager (Protection) of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the lands described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserves subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
