Authorisation of Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the McIndoe local purpose reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

1420 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 17353. Part certificate of title 11A/1284.

Second Schedule

1420 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 17353. Part certificate of title 9B/1224.

Cancellation of the Vesting of a Reserve in The Auckland City Council and the Revocation of the Reservation of That Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Auckland City Council of the reserve described in the Schedule below, and further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a municipal building and community centre over the said land.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1995, No. 8.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
