Notice of Intention to Remove Companies from Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Marocoa Direct Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 15 June 1995.
