Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that Alastair John Nicolson, being a member authorised by a special resolution of the members of the above-named company to make an application, intends to request that the above-named company be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1)(d) of the Companies Act 1955.

The registered office of the above-named company is the Seventeenth Floor, Trust Bank Centre, 125 The Terrace, Wellington.

The grounds on which the request will be made are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

Objections to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar by 16 June 1995.

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned liquidators of April Industries Limited (in liquidation), whose office is situated at National Mutual Building, 37–41 Shortland Street, Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 231 (1)(a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1)(e) of the Act on the ground that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
