ICL New Zealand Limited

Notice is given, pursuant to section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company proposes to amalgamate with Fujitsu New Zealand Limited.

The amalgamation of the two companies will be effective from 21 June 1995.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection at ICL House, 126 The Terrace, Wellington, during normal business hours, by any member or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation.

Upon request by any member or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation, a copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied free of charge.
